Safety is the number one priority of Magnum Enterprises, LLC. All products are to be used under adult supervision only. Always use our products in well-lit areas. Always wear rubber band gun safety glasses/goggles at all times (e.g. loading, playing with, etc.) when using any of our projectile shooters. Adequate eye protection may be purchased on this website or at most hardware stores and many retail outlets. Always be aware of your target back-ground.
Never shoot at other people, animals or yourself. Never run with or point a loaded rubber band gun, crossbow, popper, cork popper or ping pong ball shooter at other people, animals, or yourself. Never throw, drop, or step on a rubber band gun, crossbow, ping pong ball or cork shooter, as such abuse might damage the item and cause injury to you or another, and may void any guarantee or warranty, expressed, implied or statutory. Never overload a rubber band gun (i.e. by putting more than the described number of rubber bands on the gun, usually 10-20). Never load or shoot any of our rubber band gun products that have been damaged anywhere on the barrel or around or near the trigger mechanism. User assumes all responsibility for safe operation of all products on this website. Deliberate misuse of any of the products on this website will absolve Magnum Enterprises from any and all responsibility and liability due to damage or injury arising from such misuse.
Please Note: If your rubber band gun develops one or more cracks in the wood surrounding the trigger mechanism or the barrel tip, DO NOT LOAD THE GUN AGAIN. Contact Magnum Enterprises IMMEDIATELY for instruction.

All wooden rubber band guns shown on this website are made of top quality , poplar wood with a tough durable nylon plastic trigger mechanism. All other toys are also of good quality.
Please Note: Some variation in wood coloration and texture is to be expected. This is desirable, as it gives every rubber band gun its own, unique look.
Magnum Enterprises, LLC warrants all of its products, to the original purchaser, that for a 120-day period from date of shipment that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. We also warranty most products against carrier damage. Any alteration, abuse, neglect or home repairs of any of our products, as solely determined by Magnum Enterprises may void any guarantee or warranty, expressed, implied or statutory, and may cause your toy to malfunction. In no event will Magnum Enterprises be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of negligence or deliberate alteration of our products. This warranty does not apply to rubber bands sold through this site. This warranty does not cover any items sold at any other location, or through any other business or personal entity.
All orders must be paid for in U.S. currency. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check, money order, cashier's or certified check are accepted. Method of payment for certain items may be specified by Magnum Enterprises, LLC. For orders placed on the internet using a credit card for payment, an email receipt will be sent to you once you have placed your order and payment is complete. For check or money order type payments, your order will begin processing once payment is received by Magnum Enterprises. A copy of your invoice is always available upon request.
Please Note: A correct email address is needed for the e-mail receipt to arrive to you. If you do not get the email receipt, a copy of it may be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Please Note: For orders placed using a credit card, the only information we receive is the type of credit card used and the expiration date of your card. This is due to internet security reasons. If you wish to alter your order after placement, or would like a refund, you will be asked for the 15-digit (for American Express) or 16-digit (for Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) credit card number. This information is necessary for any monetary alteration to your order.
Please Note: For orders placed using a credit card, your card will be charged immediately upon placement of order. This often means that your order will be charged before it ships out. This is a feature of our shopping cart program which ensures security of your financial information and promptness in the processing of your order.
All orders will be shipped via UPS, U.S. Mail, or other carrier at the sole discretion of Magnum Enterprises, LLC. Please give us your desired shipping address when placing an order. Street addresses are always preferred since most carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We make every effort to ship orders within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We normally ship using UPS ground service with an expected delivery within the 48 contiguous U.S. of 2-5 business days. The first day in this calculation is the next business day after the package is picked up. (Call for charges outside the 48 contiguous U.S.) If you require faster shipping, please place the order using the standard check out process and enter a statement in the "comment section" to contact you about your interest in faster shipping. We will then hold your order until you have been contacted and agree to the terms of the faster shipping service. If you do not want the faster service at this time, you can elect to continue with the order with the standard ground shipping service as charged, or have the order voided entirely. To further ensure that we are aware of your interest in a faster shipping option, you may also call us at (605)719-9485. Please leave a message on our answering machine if you call after hours or do not reach an employee at the time of your call.
If any item in your order is damaged during shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Magnum Enterprises by phone, fax or email as quickly as possible. Arrangements will be made for repair or replacement of the damaged item. Please see the section below titled “Return Policy” for details.
In case incorrect shipping information is submitted for an order by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Magnum Enterprises with the correct shipping information before shipment of the order. If the address information provided by the customer is incorrect in any way, the customer takes full responsibility for recovery of the said shipment. Any expenses incurred by Magnum Enterprises resulting from incorrect shipping information may be charged to the customer after notification to the customer of said expenses. If an order should be shipped to an incorrect address for any reason, Magnum Enterprises, LLC will provide all reasonable help to locate and properly deliver the order.
Please note: If your order must reach you by a specific date (for a birthday, leaving on trip, moving, etc), please let us know when you place the order. The customer is responsible for alerting Magnum Enterprises, LLC to any special shipping considerations.

If you are dissatisfied with any product from Magnum Enterprises, LLC for any reason and wish to return it, please follow these steps:
Please Note: Magnum Enterprises usually accepts most items for return for any reason, but does retain sole discretion whether to accept or reject a return, for any reason. Benefit of the doubt is usually given to the customer. If your rubber band gun is damaged during play we will often exchange the damaged item with a new or like new item.
Please Note: All ammunition sales are final; returns of any type of ammunition will not be accepted.
Please Note: Any item(s) that are returned without following the above procedures will not be accepted by Magnum Enterprises, LLC and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and no refund or replacement for the item will be made. Also, any deviation from the instructions given by Magnum Enterprises, LLC for return of an item will cause the package to not be accepted and returned to the customer at the customer's expense and no refund or replacement will be made for the returned item.
Cancellation of Order
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping, with a full refund given under most conditions. Once the order has shipped, please see our “Return Policy” section for details about returning the order.
We at Magnum Enterprises do not enjoy receiving spam email or tele-marketer phone calls any more than you do. Our company policy is to never share, divulge or sell any customer information (i.e., telephone numbers, addresses, email addresses, etc.), for any reason, with any other business or private individual.
The Terms and Conditions on this website may be modified at any time without prior notice by Magnum Enterprises, LLC. The Terms and Conditions prevailing at the time of shipment will apply.
